Shipping & delivery
Every Brokehaus print is made to order. Please allow an estimated 6–8 business days from placing your order to delivery: 1–3 business days for production and 3–5 business days in transit after production.
Delivery estimates may vary by destination or carrier conditions.
Returns & damaged items
Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or frame selection.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund. Read our refund policy.
